Scott’s Mobile Homes was founded in 1991 by Mr. Gerald Scott with a passion for helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. Gerald took great pride in remodeling used manufactured homes and making quality housing available at a price that families could afford. Along with selling homes, he also provided manufactured home parts to customers who wanted to remodel, repair, or update their homes.

By his side was his wife, Mrs. Joyce Scott, who served as co-owner of the business and oversaw the sales process. Joyce was dedicated to making sure every customer felt valued and that their home-buying experience was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Together, Gerald and Joyce built a business based on honesty, quality, and treating every customer like family.

At the beginning of 2026, Gerald and Joyce Scott passed away, leaving behind a legacy built on hard work, dedication, and a commitment to serving others. Mr. Gerald's daughter, Keila Scott Perkins, chose to continue that legacy and carry forward the values her father built the company on.
